When the weight of pain feels too heavy to carry and tidy answers fall short, the practice of lament offers us a sacred space to cry out to God with raw honesty. In lament, we find not a denial of suffering, but a faithful way through it—a way that holds grief and hope together, and draws us closer to the God who meets us in our groaning.
