When To Work Harder (FINISHING STRONG)

Writing my first book made me want to quit a bunch of times. But then there was one more time that I worked harder. Working harder still doesn’t mean that God has to then do what we want. But what it sometimes means is that we’re really close to us learning what we need to learn for Him to say yes.

This Week!

Monday Bible Story:

  • Nehemiah went to rebuild the wall at Jerusalem. He faced a lot of challenges and there were times that enemies tried to stop he and his friends from the work they were doing. Nehemiah decided to work harder and to not let discouragement win.

Tuesday Key Verse:

  • Nehemiah 2:20 – The God of heaven will give us success. We his servants will start rebuilding.

Wednesday Prayer:

  • Father. thank you that I can work hard and that You are with me. In the name of Jesus, amen.

Thursday Question:

  • What is something you’ve recently done that was really hard?

Friday Fun Fact:

  • Q: What gets bigger when you work hard and you do new things you haven’t done before?
  • A: Your brain gets bigger!
