When To Stay (FINISHING STRONG)

Sometimes, my kids want to quit a class or an activity. Sometimes I let them. And sometimes, they learn how to stay. The same goes for our dog, lol.

This Week!

Monday Bible Story:

  • The Good Samaritan stayed with the person who had been hurt. He stayed to get him to help. He stayed to leave money and then to come back to check on him.

Tuesday Key Verse:

  • Psalm 63:8 – My soul stays close to you. Your right hand holds me up.

Wednesday Prayer:

  • God, make me brave to stay and do the right thing, even when other people don’t. In the name of Jesus, amen.

Thursday Question:

  • When is a time when you stayed and worked at something?

Friday Fun Fact:

  • Q: Where does our word ‘stay’ come from?
  • A: It’s from an Old French word that means to stand.
