Orders backed up, people waited for hours, and the restaurant later described the whole night on Facebook as “complete amateur chaos,” which—honestly—might be the most honest restaurant post ever written.

But here’s the part that stopped me: a couple sat there for three hours, never got food, never got drinks… and still left a $1,000 tip on their way out.
