There’s a hope-filling event coming up that I wanted to share with you called Health, Hope, and Happiness Wellness. I was able to sit down and talk to Carin Lynch and Pastor Ern Brake to get their perspective, wisdom and takeaways on it.

This FREE event is running from March 26th to April 5th at the Presidential Plaza and features multiple speakers focusing on a balanced approach to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. You’ll learn about preventative medicine, practical home remedies, and nutrition. Each evening offers a unique theme. Refreshments will be provided nightly in case you’re coming straight from work.
